SOLDIER SPORT CUSTOM BOIL & BITE
MOUTH PIECE ONLY
- Bring water to a boil
- Add mouth piece to pot and allow to boil for 7 seconds; USE TIMER
- Using tongs, remove mouth piece from boiling water
- Shake off excess water and separate mouth piece walls if they have folded
- Center mouth piece on your upper teeth. CAUTION: MOUTH PIECE WILL BE HOT
- Bite down hard
- Wrap lower lip over front of mouth piece
- Press hard against lower lip, applying pressure to front and sides of mouth piece
- Suck very hard trying to suck all liquid out of mouth piece
- Remove mouth piece and place in ice water for 3 minutes
- Take a photo of your Soldier Swag and email it to info@soldiersports.us to be entered into giveaways
*Do not put or leave your Soldier Sports Mouth Piece in extreme heat including in your car on a warm / hot day. THE MELT POINT FOR THIS PROPRIETARY MATERIAL BEGINS AT 160 DEGREES!
WITH BREAKAWAY TETHER
- Bring water to a boil
- Insert the thin side of the breakaway tether into the tether hole on the front of the mouth piece.
- Push tether through the hole until you feel it "catch"inside the mouth piece. If you can see the tether on the back side of the mouth piece, re-insert and try again. (approximately 2-3mm).
DO NOT TRIM WIDER END OF TETHER. THIS IS HOW YOU ATTACH YOUR TETHER TO YOUR HELMET.
- Add mouth piece to boiling water for 10 seconds.
- Avoid submerging as much of the tether as possible, but ensure that entire mouth piece is below the water line.

- No fitting required. Ready to use out of the package.
- To use tether, insert small end into tether hole and snap in place.
- To clean: use dish soap and water. Rinse thoroughly. Do not put in dishwasher.
