- You must be the original purchaser
- Provide proof of purchase from an authorized Soldier Sports dealer
- Does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse
- Does not cover damage other than the 4 conditions listed above
- Does not cover modified bats
- Bats purchased from unauthorized dealers and used bats purchased from 3rd party platforms such as Craigslist, ebay, Facebook Markeplace, etc. will not be covered
- If warrantable, your bat will be replaced with the same length, weight and type of bat. You will not be able to go up a size or receive a BBCOR for a USSSA bat.
- Soldier Sports will replace or repair your bat if it qualifies for warranty. Soldier Sports will provide as many repairs or replacements of your metal or composite bat as needed within 1 year from date of purchase.
- There may be situations where Soldier Sports will give you credit in the form of a gift card. No refunds will be issued.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
1. If you did not purchase your bat directly from Soldier Sports, please click below to register your bat:

2. If you did purchase from us directly, please click below to start your claim.

3. You will need to fill out all required information, upload proof of purchase, photos and/or videos of the bat in order to start your claim.
4. Submit all information & you will be emailed a packing slip to put in your box.
5. You are responsible for the shipping cost to us and we will turn around and pay to ship back to you.
6. Package your bat up and mail it to the Soldier TANK Warranty Department (information is on your packing slip) with the packing slip inside.
7. Once we receive your bat, it will go into an inspection period in the lab. This process can take anywhere from 3-5 business days depending on the issue you are experiencing with your bat.
8. Once the claim has been approved a new bat will be shipped to you within 14 business days (usually sooner, depending on inspection and shipping). This bat will be the exact same size as your current bat, we cannot ship a different size bat to you instead. If the size of your bat is not currently available we will issue you a credit voucher or gift card.
9. If your claim is not approved for warranty replacement, your original bat will be mailed back to you.
10. As you go through the warranty process you will be emailed when lab inspection notes are entered or decisions are made within your claim. We don't want to leave you hanging.
