Soldier Sports Baseball Bat Warranty Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing a Soldier Sports baseball bat. We stand behind the quality and performance of our bats, and we offer a limited warranty to support our athletes. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before submitting a warranty claim.
🔒 Limited 1-Year Warranty
Soldier Sports offers a one-time bat replacement within one (1) year from the original date of purchase, provided all warranty requirements are met.
✅ To Qualify for Warranty Coverage:

You must be the original purchaser of the bat.

You must provide proof of purchase from an authorized Soldier Sports dealer.

The bat must not have been altered or modified in any way.
-
The bat must have been used only as intended and in accordance with standard use guidelines.
⚠️ What is NOT Covered:
This warranty does not cover any of the following:

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes, or chipped paint
-
Misuse, including hitting anything other than approved baseballs
-
Cracks, dents, or structural damage resulting from:
-
Use with dimpled batting cage balls
-
Use with "heavy balls" or weighted training balls
-
Use in commercial or team use with excessive wear
-

Bats that have been:
-
Modified (including rolled) in any way. Grips do not count as a modification.

Purchased from unauthorized dealers
-
Purchased used or secondhand from third-party platforms such as Craigslist, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, etc.

Promotional, sample, demo, or prototype bats given away for free or for promotional use
❗ Note: Promotional bats are distributed for marketing purposes and are not eligible for warranty coverage under any circumstances.
🔁 If Your Bat is Covered:

Soldier Sports will replace the bat at our discretion.

Replacement bats will be of the same length, weight, and type as the original. You will not be allowed to:

Upgrade to a larger size or different model
-
Switch from USSSA to BBCOR or vice versa
-

Warranty claim processing and inspection may take up to 30 business days.
💳 Alternative Resolution:
In certain situations, Soldier Sports may offer a Soldier Gift card in lieu of a replacement bat. This gift card can be used toward any available product on the official Soldier Sports website, including bats.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

1. If you did not purchase your bat directly from Soldier Sports, please click below to register your bat:

***YOU MUST REGISTER THE CORRECT BAT WHEN SELECTING A PRODUCT. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHANGE IT AFTER REGISTRATION TO THE CORRECT BAT & YOU WILL BE SENT THE BAT ON THE PROOF OF PURCHASE.***
2. If you did purchase from us directly, please scroll to the bottom of this page, after completely reading this information, to start your claim.
3. You will need to fill out all required information, upload proof of purchase, photos and/or videos of the bat in order to start your claim.
4. Submit all information however DO NOT SEND THE BAT BACK TO US until you are instructed to. There are other steps that need completed before you ship the bat to us.
5. Once your claim is approved for inspection, you will be emailed a packing slip to put in your box to ship the bat back to us. You are responsible for the shipping cost to us and we will turn around and pay to ship back to you.
6. Package your bat up with the packing slip, and mail it to the Soldier TANK Warranty Department (information is on your packing slip) with the packing slip inside.
7. Once we receive your bat, it will go into an inspection period in the lab. This process can take anywhere from 5-10 business days depending on the issue you are experiencing with your bat.
8. Once the claim has been approved a new bat will be shipped to you within 10 business days. This bat will be the exact same size as your current bat, we cannot ship a different size bat to you instead. If the size of your bat is not currently available we will issue you a gift card.
9. If your claim is not approved for warranty replacement, your original bat will be mailed back to you.
10. As you go through the warranty process you will be emailed when lab inspection notes are entered or decisions are made within your claim.
